DEADLY ERG is a Deadly Dozen Gym Race that involves a 1 Mile (1.6km) Row ERG to start, followed by the 1st 6 Labours (Exercise Stations), then a 1 Mile (1.6km) Ski ERG in the middle, followed by the 2nd 6 Labours, then a 1 Mile (1.6km) Bike ERG to finish. Enter as a Solo (individual) or Pair (team of two).
